VESTIGE DINING TABLE
Vestige is a reinterpretation of an antique dining table with turned legs. The design uses revolutionary CNC technology, which makes it possible to create asymmetrical organic shapes. Because, yes, form follows function, but couldn’t the function be to pique our senses, challenge our perception of familiar objects and satisfy our yearning for beauty, which is a universal evolutionary need common to all human beings?
All four legs are identical, but the randomness in how they are positioned when screwed into the tabletop make them appear individually unique.
